Ingredients

  • 1 cup of strawberry 
  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey 
  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of your choice 

 

Method

  • Place all the ingredient into a blender  and blend until smooth. 
  • If you wish to have a cold smoothie you can use frozen strawberry or freeze a banana the night before (peeled and sliced and placed in a small freezer bag)
