Ingredients
- 1 cup of strawberry
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup walnuts
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup almond milk or milk of your choice
Method
- Place all the ingredient into a blender and blend until smooth.
- If you wish to have a cold smoothie you can use frozen strawberry or freeze a banana the night before (peeled and sliced and placed in a small freezer bag)
