Ingredients
- 4 golden delicious apples
- 2 sticks of celery
- 4 carrots
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 cup of broccoli
- ½ yellow pepper
- ½ red pepper
- ¼ lime
- flesh of 1 ripe avocado
Method
- Juice the apples, the celery, carrots, spinach, broccoli, peppers and lime together .
- Place the flesh of the avo in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the juice into the avocados mixture.
- Whiz for 1 min,
- pour into a glass and enjoy.
- It may be thick but it is easy for the body to digest.Add a little water if need be..
