Ingredients

  • 4 golden delicious apples
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • ½ yellow pepper
  • ½ red pepper
  • ¼ lime
  • flesh of 1 ripe avocado

Method

  • Juice the apples, the celery, carrots, spinach, broccoli, peppers and lime together .
  • Place the  flesh of the avo in a blender and  blend until smooth.
  • Add the juice into the avocados mixture.
  • Whiz for 1 min,
  • pour into a glass and enjoy.
  • It may be thick but it is easy for the body to digest.Add a little water if need be..
