Ingredients
- 2 cups of nuts (walnuts/almonds /cashew) your choice
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 2 cups medjool dates (soft )
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional, if dates are to dry it may help to soften the mixture)
Method
- Mix all the ingredient together in a blender
- Rolle the mixture into balls by hand making about 20 balls
- Keep in the fridge and enjoy
