Ingredients

  • 2 cups of nuts (walnuts/almonds /cashew) your choice 
  • 1 cup grated coconut 
  • 2 cups medjool dates (soft )
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional, if dates are to dry it may help to soften the mixture)

 

Method

  • Mix all the ingredient together in a blender
  • Rolle the mixture into balls by hand making about 20 balls 
  • Keep in the fridge and enjoy
