Ingredients
- 3 eating apples
- 140g porridge oats
- A handful of flaked coconut
- 20g blueberries
- 20g whole unsalted almonds
- 1tbsp plain coconut yogurt or soya yogurt
- Zest of 1 fresh lime
Method
- Wash two apples and juice them, then pour the juice into a large bowl.
- Grate the other apple, add to the bowl.
- Now add the oats,almond flakes, yogurt, cinnamon and zest.
- Mix together
- Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
- This can be kept for 5 days in the fridge.
- Add the Blueberries just before serving or any other fruit you wish to add
- Kiwi, mango, pears what ever makes you happy in the morning:)
