The white of the egg contains a low-calerie,fat free and contains the bulk of the eggs protein.The yolk of the egg contains the cholesterol,the fat and saturated fats of the egg,but it also contains many nutrients such as the fat-soluble vitamins,essential fatty acids.

So,it is best to eat the whole egg if you want to benefit from all the good it has to offer.
