- Drinking the Tea :For one cup hot water add two teaspoons dried flowers.Let it infuse for 10 min.
- For the bath, use one cup fresh or dried herb tied in a linen bag.Place the herb in the tub with hot water and let them soak for 10 min.
- Essential oils by diffusion.
- Inhaling by steaming.
- Edible dried flowers.
