Avocado Pure green goodness

  • The avocardo is almost a complete food and is easily digested,being rich in omega 3 fatty acids.
  • Avocado pulp has been used as a hair pomade to stimulate hair growth, and to soften our skin.
  • Avocados do not contain any cholesterol or sodium.


  • 100ml avocado oil
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves
  • ½ cup fresh rocket
  • 1 cup babe spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup raw almonds or sunflower seeds or pin nuts
  • 1 to 2 cloves of garlic,crushed
  • Black peper and salt to taste
  • Whiz the whole lot together in a blender and stir into piping hot, fresh cooked pasta..yummy…Enjoy !!
