AVOCADO OIL PESTO PASTA SAUCE
- 100ml avocado oil
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves
- ½ cup fresh rocket
- 1 cup babe spinach
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup raw almonds or sunflower seeds or pin nuts
- 1 to 2 cloves of garlic,crushed
- Black peper and salt to taste
- Whiz the whole lot together in a blender and stir into piping hot, fresh cooked pasta..yummy…Enjoy !!
