Juice everything by starting and ending with the apples/pears.
- 2 golden delicious apples or pears.
- 1 celery stick
- ¼ medium cucumber
- 1 small handful of spinach
- 1 small handful of kale
- add 1 teaspoon grounded flaxseeds (optional)
