Kale Juice recipe” to get up and go “

It is a little hard to keep motivated in the end of winter and now that spring is in the air we can take a juice full of vitamins.This delicious juice helps strengthen bones, improves your blood and increase brain function. 

Kale is for Vitamin K !

Drink it just after your work out…enjoy and get ready for the beach 😉


Juice everything by starting  and ending with the apples/pears.

  • 2 golden delicious apples or pears.
  • 1 celery stick
  • ¼ medium cucumber
  • 1 small handful of spinach
  • 1 small handful of kale
  •  add 1 teaspoon grounded  flaxseeds (optional)
